I understand this booking will be held
firm on receipt of a 35% deposit and the balance of the rental together with a
security deposit of 100 Euros(Le Nid) or 200 Euros(Le heron) is due immediately on my
arrival in Euros. The security deposit will be returned to me on my
departure, less any cost for breakages or damage if appropriate. I and other
members of my party agree to take care of and respect the property, its
contents and grounds and to leave the property clean and in good order on our
departure.

Bookings are confirmed once a deposit has been received and cashed. This deposit is not refundable So you are advised to take out insurance
against any event, which might prevent you from taking up your booking.
The number of tenants must not exceed the
sleeping capacity without prior agreement. Similarly a third party must
not use the accommodation.
In the unlikely event of a concellation
this must be confirmed by registered post.
If the owner can re-let the property a
refund can be made less administrative and bank charges.
If the tenant does not appaer on the
date mentioned on the form or within 24 hours without notifying the owner:
this contract is considered cancelled and the deposit will be retained by
the owner.
In the unlikely event of cancellation
by the owner, the latter will refund the total amount of the deposit
received to the tenant.
