St Nicholas des Eaux is an excellent base from which to discover the heart of Brittany with its medieval towns of Pontivy and Josselin, and its wonderful coastline including Quiberon, Carnac and
the Gulf of Morbihan which is ranked amongst the world's most beautiful bays!
Saint Nicholas des Eaux is situated in the picturesque Blavet Valley which is renowned for its wonderful green landscapes.
The village is built on the side of the hill, surrounded by lovely 18th century shale houses with thatched roofs.
St Nicholas des Eaux offer to its visitors the tranquil charm of a village overlooking the river.
Picturesques 'cafes' with relaxing atmosphere, creperies and excellent restaurants stand quay side overlooking the river, and warmly welcome you all round year.
There is a pretty mini golf and chidrens play area, also a Canoeing Kayak centre, where pedalos can be hired in the summer season.
Fishing is a particulary popular pastime in the village all round year. See you very soon!
